Earlier today, we posted about leaked renders of the Samsung Galaxy View2. This was the first time we’d heard about the device since last Summer. Now, AT&T has revealed the giant tablet in a YouTube video on their official channel. There has been no official announcement yet, however.
The initial report was slightly off with the display size as it’s 17.3-inches, not 17.5-inches. Still, this is a very large tablet that is only good for very specific situations. AT&T highlights the situations where they think you might want to use such a device. As you might expect, mobility is a focus as this tablet has LTE connectivity. A WiFi-only version may also be in the works, but we haven’t seen any solid reports about that.
Not many specs are mentioned in the video. We know the display size and 4G LTE connectivity, but they also mention Dolby Atmos sound, 12,000 mAh battery, and 64GB of storage. Other features like AT&T NumberSync and AT&T Video Calls will work on the device as well.
We will update this article with more information once AT&T or Samsung officially announces the Galaxy View2.
